Questions people ask

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can pay in two installments: the first before the first session and the second before week 5. You pay by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or cash, and you get a receipt for every payment.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded. Recordings are posted in the app within 48 hours, and you can watch them during the course and for 6 months after it ends.

How do I get the certificate?

You get a certificate of completion when you attend at least 80% of the sessions (excused absences don't count against you), submit at least 75% of the weekly tasks, and deliver a working final project. Every certificate has a public link anyone can check.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, depending on when you cancel. More than 7 days before the start, you get everything back. Within 7 days of the start, you get everything back except the 1,500 EGP deposit. During the first two weeks, if you paid in full, you get half back minus the deposit. After week 2 there is no refund, but you can move once to the next cohort for free. If we cancel a cohort or postpone it by more than 2 weeks, you choose a full refund or a free move. The full rules are in the student agreement you sign before paying.

Do I need experience?

No. The beginner courses are built for people starting from zero.

What language is it taught in?

Egyptian Arabic, with the technical terms in English, the way you'll meet them at work.

Do you guarantee a job?

No, and nobody honestly can. We promise a real portfolio, interview practice and introductions where we can make them.
